QAQC Policy Statement
The assurance of quality is fundamental for all work undertaken by NISHATI and all personnel in their daily operations. NISHATI is a group committed to provide the highest standards of customer service in the industry. We believe in long-term relationship with customers and making effective contributions to all stages of the project where our expertise is crucial.
It is the company policy to provide its customers with services such as:
- Meet the customer’s safety and performance requirements
- Are available at the right time
- Are economical
- Are reliable
Quality is controlled by staffs who take personal pride in the finished product/service. We discuss and agree comprehensive method statements and we monitor performance, workmanship and materials constantly. Quality is enhanced by working in a systematic manner to formalized procedures designed to eliminate the occurrence of deficiencies. It shall be the responsibility of the Quality Assurance Department to monitor constantly the implementation of the current quality assurance program in order to verify that the necessary procedures are put into practice.
The company put into place quality practices based on:
- Procedures that ensure all operations are planned;
- Systems which identify requirements necessary to ensure accurate and updated data information;
- Managers and supervisors who ensure conformity with the procedures and the quality of work carried out within their areas;
- Staff who perform to satisfactory and professional standards;
- Maintenance of adequate quality records to demonstrate compliance.
This policy is achieved by a commitment to quality based on defining quality so that everyone has the same understanding of what is to be achieved to the success of the business.
