NISHATI Services Limited (hereinafter referred to as NISHATI has developed a CSR Policy (hereinafter referred to as Policy) in alignment with its objective, principles and values for delineating as a socially and environmentally responsible corporate citizen. The Policy lays down the principles and mechanisms for undertaking various programs in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act 2013.

The Policy shall apply to all the CSR programs and activities undertaken by NISHATI at various locations for the benefit of diverse sectors of the society.

NISHATI places great importance on acting as a responsible corporate citizen in the communities where it operates.
 
NISHATI has conceptualized programs in areas of education, employability, community welfare, healthcare and environment, addressing the needs of the community.

 
Our CSR Policy focuses on four key areas namely: Client, Workplace, Environment and Community.
 

Client
NISHATI aims to be the adviser of choice in all our specialist areas. Our staff are expected to undertake jobs with due and competent skill, care and diligence. NISHATI ensures that proper and adequate corporate governance is in place, with assistance from the legal, compliance and finance teams who operate within the corporate governance framework.
 
Workplace
Our people underpin the value of our organization. We are committed to treating all staff with fairness, respect and integrity and providing them with a healthy and safe working environment. NISHATI also offers a comprehensive benefits package to attract, maintain and motivate high caliber staff and enhance their skills and competence through in house and outsourced training programs.
 
Environment
All our project operations have an impact on the environment and we have a clear responsibility to manage this impact as effectively as possible. NISHATI is committed to measuring and evaluating the amount of natural resources used in the day to day operation of our business. NISHATI aims to only use suppliers who demonstrate they are responding to the global environment and social concerns, through their commitment to actively engage in CSR.
 
Community
It is key to the future success of NISHATI that we take our responsibilities to the wider community seriously as the health and prosperity of the local community can have a direct effect on our operation. Each year NISHATI puts aside a share of business profits for distribution to nominated charities and community development projects.  We welcome employee driven initiatives to volunteer their energy, time and skills in the community and in turn impacting a wealth of skills to the host community.
